a veggie wrap
with lettuce, mushrooms,cucumber,green peppers,
red onions pickles and white cheese with light mayo
dinner
taco salad with chicken and chili powder and cayenne pepper
evening snack:

not pictured is peanuts 30 grams and 5 mini eggs
walk 20 mins times 2 and a 10 min walk
