Note.
When I started my challenge I started with two goals in mind. When I was confident enough to take a goal off my list I then added a new goal the next week. But if I didn't then it would stay there until I completed it. And stuck to it. I am happy to saying that one goal I was able to take off was tracking my food. My current main goal for the month of April is to cut back on the amount of diet Soda I am drinking. this is week one for that challenge. I will post more on the blog about that.
