I am looking forward to doing this, Angie! Your calories look low, but then again, you probably aren't working out, or at least not on a regular basis. They say this is the best way to prevent a plateau too. My Mom is doing this and it is working for her. She lost 3 lbs last week!
ReplyDeleteI am doing mostly just walking right now. that's why they are low, just starting off slow for now not over doing it, will start this on Monday
ReplyDeleteYou dont even have to work out to lose weight, as you know.....but you are able to eat more calories....the harder you work out! It's like you gotta earn those calories!!!
ReplyDeleteI am really enjoying Body Revolution with Jillian Michaels. Workouts are only 30 mins...but they are NO JOKE!!! LOL
