Breakfast:
1 bagel seasame
1 tbsp of light cream cheese
1 tbsp of margarnie becel light
1/2 cup of strawberries
56 ounces of water
Lunch:
McDonald's Hamburger
McDonald's Medium French Fries
Medium Diet Coke
After noon snack
1 serving of cheesies
1 591 ml bottle of diet Pepsi
Dinner:
2 Ranch Snack Wraps Crispy Chicken
water 56 ounces goal met for the day
Exercise
walking 1-2 hours off and on grocery shopping with two small children
house cleaning times two for 20 - 25 minutes each time.
tomorrow starts my new eating plan. I can't wait to try it out. I am ready for it.
