Food Log for March 3 2012

Day 22 Week 4

Breakfast:
       1/2 cup of strawberries
       3 bagel O's with herb and garlic cream cheese
     

Lunch:
      McDonald's Southwest McBistro
      1 medium French Fries  with vineger
      1 Medium Diet Pepsi


after noon snack:
    Frito Lay's  classic potato chips
    1 bottle of Diet Pepsi 591ml


Dinner:
    white onions , cucumber, tomatoes, and light feta cheese
    all mixed in a bowl for a yummy salad



Evening snack:
    home made no bake Smoores ( will post recipe soon)

water intake
    6 cups


Exercise

     walking for 140 minutes this is off and on threw out the day,
      cleaning the house 35 minutes
      and cooking meals threw out the day 35 minutes
