Breakfast:
1 cup strawberries
2 slices of butter ball turkey bacon
2 eggs scrambled
1 slice of fat free cheese slice
Lunch:
McDonald's Ranch Snack Wrap Crispy Chicken 2 wraps
Dinner
2 Snack wraps Ranch crispy chicken McDonald's
Medium French Fries
Medium Diet Coke
Evening Snack:
2 Cadbury caramel eggs
cheetos crunchy cheesies
water 6 glasses again need to do better no more slacking on my water
Exercise
cleaning 25 mins
walking for 30 mins and for 20 mins
