Day 28 Week 4 Ends
Friday
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of skim milk
3/4 cup of special k with vanilla and almonds
1 tbsp of light cream cheese
1 Seasame bagel
morning snack:
Diet Pepsi 1 591 ml bottle
1 cup of fresh strawberry halves
Lunch:
0.5 cup of celery chopped
green pepper's 1 cup chopped
maple leaf flakes of turkey 2 servings
light feta cheese crumbled 2 tbsp
afternoon snack:
1 wiener ( hot dog no bun)
Dinner:
shake n bake boneless skinless chicken thighs
cadbury creme egg
wunder bar chocolate bar
1 bottle of 591ml diet Pepsi
evening snack:
tostito'a and salsa with cheese
and a 591 ml bottle of diet Pepsi
Exercise
walking 25 minutes
walking 45 minutes
cleaning 45 minutes
cleaning 25 minutes
walking 25 minutes
water intake
3 glasses of water
really need to work harder on my water intake. I know I can get it in. Nicer weather is here so we are getting out more and more for walks so exercise is going up a little bit more each day. Also the kids are getting onto a better schedule so this means hope fully that I can get in a actual work out here and there during the evening or morning time.
