Food Log for March 5 2012

Breakfast:
1 banana 

morning snack:
banana 
1 single serving of cottage cheese 

Lunch:
McBistro  Swiss Mushroom Melt with grilled chicken
Medium French Fries 
1 Medium Diet coke 
hot fudge sundae 

Dinner:
 Tostitito's  cheese and salsa 
2 diet Pepsi 591 ml.

water intake 
0 water today ugh no wonder I don't feel so hot.

Exercise
cleaning the house 35 minutes 
walking for  95 minutes maybe a little more (mall)

  3. Ohhhh....that explains why so much fast food! I kept wondering why you were eating it every day! LOL :o)

    I used to love their Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits!
