Food Log For March 6 2012

Day 25 week 4 

Breakfast:
bagel with cream cheese and margarine
1 banana 
1 liter of water 

Lunch:
McChicken Sandwich
Medium fries 
Medium Diet Coke 

Dinner:
2 fish sticks
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of carrots  with margarine on both
1 bottle of diet Pepsi 591 ml

Evening snack:
tostito's and salsa with cheese
1 liter of water


water intake 
2 liters ( 8 cups)

Exercise cleaning the house times 2 one for 35 minutes and the other for 20 minutes
walking 95 minutes maybe a little more  (mall)
