Grocery Haul Time

turkey bacon low sodium

cheese string for a snack

apples

apple sauce

flavor for my water

cheese yum

t.v dinners all under 300 calories

cottage cheese and quacamole the kind I got is all natural

for home made mini pizza yum

romaine hearts for salads


red pepper

Clementines

banana's

Red Onion

sliced mushrooms and Portabella  mushrooms

Pineapple

green onions

green peppers

white onion

tomato

celery

  2. I am getting there Sherri. I am back eating the way I was a few weeks ago but adding in some different meals and snack from the Zone book.

  3. So are you doing the zone diet? I have a hard time following diets. I just try to eat clean and use the proper portion sizes.

  4. I am some what I am using a lot of their meal plans but counting calories instead of blocks I guess a type of low carb diet. I do too but am trying to make the food interesting and tasty so I don't get bored

  5. I dont think you'll get bored. You crave what you eat. So if you try to stick with a clean diet....pretty soon that is the food you will crave and anything else will make you feel like crap.
