I am getting there Sherri. I am back eating the way I was a few weeks ago but adding in some different meals and snack from the Zone book.
ReplyDeleteSo are you doing the zone diet? I have a hard time following diets. I just try to eat clean and use the proper portion sizes.
ReplyDeleteI am some what I am using a lot of their meal plans but counting calories instead of blocks I guess a type of low carb diet. I do too but am trying to make the food interesting and tasty so I don't get bored
ReplyDeleteI dont think you'll get bored. You crave what you eat. So if you try to stick with a clean diet....pretty soon that is the food you will crave and anything else will make you feel like crap.
