Breakfast
Strawberries and Raspberries
morning snack:
Diet Pepsi 1 serving
baby carrots 85 grams
2 tbsp of roasted garlic hummus
1 individual serving size of life brand 1% cottage cheese
Lunch:
Broccoli salad 3/4 cup
1 package of Carl budding chicken lunch meat
after noon snack:
white onion 1/8 cup 0.5 cups of cucumber with peel on
2 slices of tomato diced
2 tbsp of light crumbled feta cheese
( mixed together to form a salad )
Dinner:
1 soft self chicken taco from Taco bell
1 fries supreme
1 medium diet Pepsi
evening snack:
Cadbury Wunder Bar
Reese's Peanut butter cup's 3 pieces
1.5 bottles diet Pepsi 591ml
water intake
2 liters of water
Exercise
ton's of walking off and on threw out the after noon prob about I would say 3-5 hrs worth.
as well as cleaning three times for about 20-25 minutes each time
