Breakfast:
Bagel O's with herb and garlic cream cheese 2 pieces
morning snack:
Cadbury mini eggs 1 bag
Lunch:
broccoli salad 3/4 cup ( store bought)
diet Pepsi 1 bottle 591 ml
Afternoon snack:
Tim Horton's chocolate chip muffin and 1 chocolate tim bit
1 bottle of diet Pepsi 591 ml
Dinner:
2 McDonald's wraps crispy chicken Ranch
1 bottle Diet Pepsi 591ml
Exercise
walking outside for about 95 minutes to 1 hour and five minutes roughly
light house cleaning 35 minutes roughly
water intake:
6 glasses only half my goal
