Day 26 Week 4
Wednesday
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of fresh strawberries
1 Dempster's Sesame
cream cheese light 2 tbsp
Lunch:
Noodle Stroganoff t.v dinner
dairy land cottage cheese 1/2 cup
after noon snack:
hummus roasted garlic 2 tbsp
baby carrots 3 oz
Mozzarella skim cheese 30 grams
Dinner:
Baked potato
1 chicken thigh
mozzarella cheese shredded
Evening snack:
McDonald's McBistro BLT Crispy chicken
diet Pepsi
Dare maple leaf Creme Cookies 4 ( 2 is a serving)
Exercise
light house cleaning for 20 minutes
water intake
9 glasses of water
