Saturday

Breakfast:
none

morning snack:
3 hot dogs no bun and raw

Lunch:
3 hot dogs no bun with mustard and ketchup cooked 

Dinner:
McDonald's McBistro Mushroom and swisss  crispy chicken
Medium French Fries 
McDonald's Medium Diet Coke 

evening snack:
Diet Pepsi 1 bottle 591 ml bottle 
Carl budding beef lunch meet slices 
Caramel Easter Egg
McDonald's Hot apple Pie 


Exercise
cleaning 20 minutes 
walking 45 minutes 
walking 20 minutes 

water intake 
8 cups of water
much better day for water. Got a new bottle from the doallar store that holds 56 ounces of water in it :)

was out for a few hours with the kids as well walking so got some movement in as well. weather is getting nicer and nicer out each day.
