2 cups of kale steamed, red pepper 1/2 cup 1 clove of garlic with 1 tsp of olive oil and 3 ounces of seasoned chicken saute red pepper and garlic in tsp of olive oil and steam kale then add to mixture. I then added the chicken cut up into bit size pieces tool about 30 minutes cooking time and about 15 minutes prep roughly. |

ReplyDeleteit was very good you can use any chicken you want they said turkey breast but I am having a hard time finding it but you can use what ever meat you like.
