3 Herb and Garlic style bagel o's
morning snack:
chocolate chip muffin ( Tim Horton's)
Diet Pepsi 591 ml
Lunch:
McDonald's Medium French Fries
McBistro Blt Crispy Chicken
After noon Snack:
Cadbury Easter Egg Caramilk
Cadbury Wunderbar
Doritos Nacho Cheese 1 serving
Tomorrow is weigh in day and I know I am going to be up. ugh I have eaten over my calories way to many times this week. It has to stop. I got in an awesome walk today and it was mostly all up hill, alright tomorrow will be under or right on calories and I will get my water in.
Exercise
light cleaning 35 minutes
walking 95 minutes maybe a little more
walking 25 minutes
walking 20 minutes
